My work is deeply inspired by the natural world and shaped by the complexities of the human experience. We are bound together through trauma, compassion, and shared vulnerability. I explore how these cycles are reflected in our own personal and collective triumphs and struggles. These themes are integral to my work as I strive to create spaces that provoke empathy and encourage reflection. Pollination depicts an anatomical heart being pollinated into blooming roots, vines, and flowers. It speaks to the vital interconnectedness of all beings: how we must tend to each other like a forest shares nutrients across roots, without judgment of origin or expectation. We can create bloom. Through vibrant colors and intricate textures, I aim to evoke tenderness and urgency, My art is a call to recognize that true healing begins when we nurture the roots we share, and grow new ones through empathy, care, and collective hope.
