The American Dream

The American Dream exhibit aims to provoke deeper conversations about the constant quest for a better life that individuals and communities continue to pursue in this country. Inspired by the ethos of the United States of America, we called upon New England-based artists to use their creativity to develop an interpretation of “The American Dream.” Initially rooted in the declaration of independence, in recent times, “The American Dream” has been questioned by scholars and politicians as a possibility just for selected privileged groups of people.
